A prestigious city known for its historical connection to Joan of Arc, Rouen is an important cultural capital in Normandy. Perhaps it’s no surprise that the Radisson Blu Hotel is next to one of its most important medieval monuments, the keep of Rouen Castle, where Joan of Arc was imprisoned in December 1430. It’s only a short walk from the hotel to the historical section of the city, where there is a memorial where she was burned at the stake. Within walking distance of the train station, the hotel has a warm and welcoming ambiance. Typical of all Radisson Blu properties, the design reflects a modern style with all the amenities one could wish for, including Le Jehanne Restaurant, a hotel spa, a bar and an outside seating area with a view of the tower.
