Vital Journeys at Any Age was founded by Becky Livingston in 2024.

Becky helps women 55+ to recognize that getting older doesn’t mean we’re ‘done and dusted.’ It means there’s a next act, and we get to write it!

After the death of her 23-year-old daughter, Becky embarked on a two-year journey around the world, leaving her daughter’s ashes along the way. She credits this journey as her great solace.

As a travel coach she works with women who sense they’ve misplaced the plot of their lives and helps them to reimagine new possibilities through long-term travel.

“Staying for long stretches in far-off lands clears space inside us to see beyond what we often look past at home,” she says.

Complex transitions: the death of a loved one, an empty nest, divorce, and retirement can leave us feeling unmoored.

Long, slow and gentle travel is the answer. Gentle on our body, our heart, our energy, our budget, AND the planet.

After creating Wanderlust Solo Women Tours, I built a community of over 150 women supporting solo travel adventures.

I was drawn to the fact there is a need for extra support when you are planning your dream journey. As I spoke with women, I noticed many lacked confidence or felt overwhelmed when planning solo trips.

In response, I want to help alleviate this overwhelm and bring fun and excitement back into your travel planning (where your journey starts). Wanderlust Travel Coaching was welcomed to the world out of this need.

Authentic Travels was inspired by my personal transformation through solo travel. During my journey, I overcame fears, broke unhealthy patterns, and discovered my true self. This experience empowered me, and I wanted to share its transformative power with other women.

Through tailored guidance, I help women align their travel experiences with their passions and goals. By blending practical tips with personal growth insights, the coaching offers a unique approach. It empowers women to embrace independence, navigate challenges, and find fulfillment on their journeys.
