A local guide makes all the difference!

Updated on July 13th, 2022

Guides are an important part of our travels. They help us experience culture and storytelling in a deeper, more meaningful way.

A guide can help you get oriented in a new city, point out women-friendly bars & restaurants, educate us about wildlife conservation or help you learn local transportation options. Some guides will take you to less-known sites, on day trips, and others will organize your entire trip personally or as a group. To find a guide by destination, click on the Search bar below. Please note we do not verify or recommend guides.

Guides: As part of our commitment to support small businesses, we invite certified individual guides who offer women-friendly experiences to complete a complimentary listing. (Note: If you are a company with more than one guide you will need to complete a tour listing form under “tours.”) If you are considering becoming a guide, visit the International Tour Management Institute for training and certification. Click the button below to complete the form and submit your info to be listed on this page. All listings will be reviewed for accuracy prior to publication.
