I stayed in the Emporium Lisbon suites when i was there, and really liked it. Don’t remember the cost though. In Porto I stayed in an Airbnb on Ruas das Flores… again, not sure of the cost, but both were well located. In the Algarve I was in Lagos, and Tavira, I know my lodging in Tavira was not a budget one, but Lagos was the Uptown BnB and I think it was not expensive… personally, I didn’t like Porto that much, but others love it, so who’s to say?
