Founded by Chip Conley, MEA offers immersive workshops and sabbaticals at its beachfront campus in Baja, Mexico, and its regenerative ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Programs have been designed in collaboration with academics from Stanford, Harvard, UC Berkeley, and Yale, and blend science-backed curriculum with soulful practices such as mindful movement and community connection.
