Reclaim Yourself Retreats

Headshot of Jools Sampson, CEO of Reclaim Yourself Retreats

Explore extraordinary places

Our wellness trips create unique and transformative opportunities for women to experience a renewed sense of adventure and discovery. For many women, traveling can mean freedom from earlier life responsibilities, such as raising children or career pressures, enabling them to focus on themselves and their interests. We travel to unusual locations and our amazing guests explore new cultures and landscapes with the wisdom and confidence that comes with life experience. We create transformative retreats that have a positive impact not only on our guests but also the people we work with and places we visit.

Reclaim Yourself Retreats

Founded by Jools Sampson in 2005, this woman-owned certified B Corporation specialises in extraordinary wellness travel experiences. With 20 years of international experience and the successful execution of over 200 retreats, Jools designs and directs unique yoga retreats and wellness adventures that prioritise guest satisfaction and well-being. The business is driven by a passion for creating immersive, personalised retreats in less-explored destinations, where beauty and nature invigorate the soul.

Jools says, “I take pride in our values-driven approach, collaborating with local teams to ensure every retreat is crafted with love, creativity, and intention. Rather than relying on a standard list of venues, I seek out exceptional people and places to create bespoke experiences that positively impact the communities we visit.”

The company hosts around 20 transformational retreats each year, focusing on the joy of wellness travel while promoting sustainable tourism practices.

Locations include Mongolia, Iceland, Bhutan, Finland, Patagonia, Greenland, Japan, Spain, Canada, Norway, Brazil and Sweden.

Commitment to Sustainability

Our vision is of people and places made better through carefully curated wellness trips in extraordinary places. To achieve our vision, we combine decades of expertise with respectful local partnerships to create fun, impactful and inclusive wellness experiences. We are passionate about the possibilities for wellness travel to be a force for good and we have a clear strategy which is focused on people, places and planet.

PEOPLE: Having a positive impact on the wellbeing of our guests is at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is that every guest feels physically and mentally better at the end of their retreat. This goal, aligned with our values, guides the way we create a personalised retreat experience for every guest.
PLACES: We carefully select each venue to ensure our presence, and the activities offered, have a positive impact on the local economy and ecosystems. Our goal is always to co-create each retreat in partnership with the local host venues in order to have a positive impact on the places we visit.
PLANET. As a travel business we recognise the impact of our operations but we believe that if we do it right, travel can also be a force for good.

We know that transport is our biggest carbon footprint and that tourism is responsible for around 8% of the world’s carbon emissions. Our goal is to become a carbon net zero business by 2040.

Single Supplement Policy

We have rates for single rooms, twin rooms and triple rooms, so it is not a single supplement as such. You pay more to have a room for yourself but we don’t have one rate and then add to it for single use.
