I stayed alone for two nights at this hotel before joining a tour and felt very safe and comfortable. The employees are helpful and welcoming. The front desk clerk gave me a free Istanbul public transit card and they offered to walk me to my next hotel and carry my luggage without me asking. Close to everything in Old town. Ferry, tram, famous mosques and attractions, ATMs, restaurants and Grand Bazaar. Ideal location. My room was large and had amazing views. Very quiet.
