It was reasonably priced at $210. a night. It was a full suite – bedroom, bathroom, Living Room, full kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave, kettle, dishes, cutlery. There are various sizes of rooms. It is an older building that has been renovated. It was clean and had everything I needed in it. Air Conditioned, has a safe, 24 hour front desk, towels switched daily, and luggage storage.
In the Lower East Side Of NYC – a few blocks from subways and a Whole Foods Grocery Store 5 minutes away. It is a working neighbourhood instead of a touristy area, but I felt safe.
