Our Story and Mission
Mosaic Earth Travel was founded in 2020 by Pam McGarel, a passionate sustainability expert. Pam’s vision was to fill a gap in Western Canada’s tourism industry by offering multi-day tours in rural and remote areas. She aimed to bring more travelers to these beautiful places. Our goal is to design immersive, educational experiences grounded in regenerative tourism. We focus on elevating local voices and fostering connections between travelers, nature, and Indigenous cultures in British Columbia and the Yukon.
Our Unique Travel Experiences
We create small-group, multi-day tours that blend soft adventures with cultural activities. Expect hiking, sea kayaking, and wildlife viewing, paired with authentic Indigenous experiences. During the day, you’ll explore wild, rugged landscapes. In the evenings, enjoy the comforts of family-run lodges, exceptional hospitality, and unique culinary delights. We specialize in off-the-beaten-path destinations like northern Vancouver Island, the Great Bear Rainforest, and the Yukon.
