Follow in the Path of the Vikings as we traverse four countries, with four private tours at Haithabu, Tanum, Roskilde Viking Ship Museum, and Hedared Stave Church.

The itinerary includes stone ship burials and charming villages from the Middle Ages. Additionally, it features fortress churches adorned with 800-year-old frescoes. Moreover, museums are filled with fascinating artifacts from the Viking period.

But there’s more to discover! Explore bronze-age petroglyphs and megalithic tombs. You can also visit pre-Christian labyrinths and mazes. Finally, don’t miss the medieval stave churches that showcase unique architectural styles.

Highlights include six UNESCO World Heritage Sites. First, visit Hedeby Viking Village and the defensive earthworks at Danevirke. Next, explore Jelling, known for its massive carved rune stones from the 10th century.

Additionally, discover Tanum’s beguiling rock art and Gotland’s captivating medieval town of Visby.

Moreover, explore Birka, an important Viking trading center on an island in Sweden’s Lake Mälaren. Lastly, there’s an optional tour of Kronborg Castle, celebrated as Elsinore in Shakespeare’s play Hamlet.
