Experience Portugal on a seven-day adventure with Wanderlust Women. We will be visiting the highlights of Lisbon, the beauty of Sintra, spending the night in a castle in medieval Obidos, seeing the oldest University library in Coimbra, wine tasting in Douro Valley, cycling through the beauty of the vineyards on e-bikes, exploring Porto, and an exciting segway tour is on the agenda!
There is also an optional 3-day pre-trip extension from September 18 – 21 to the Algarve Coast, where we will visit the famous Benagil Cave and enjoy the beautiful coastline for some sun and fun!
- Discover the timeless beauty of Lisbon with visits to the UNESCO sites of Jeronimos Monastery and Sintra’s Pena Palace, as well as options to segway along the river and enjoy a traditional Fado dinner.
- Spend the night in a real castle in the medieval walled city of Obidos!
- Enjoy the relaxing Douro Valley with a visit to a vineyard for lunch and a tour, and an optional e-bike tour through the vineyards
- Discover the charms of Porto with an overview tour, a Douro River cruise and a delicious final dinner together
- Travel with a small group of 20 women. Solo travelers, that would like to join other intrepid women for fun and friendship are encouraged to join!
