Yoga for Wellness with Jeni’s Global Yoga Trips

In 2006, I hosted my first international yoga retreat. During that trip, I discovered that my two loves, yoga and travel, were exponentially better when combined!
Since then, I’ve had the privilege and joy of leading single women, girlfriends, families and/or partners to a variety of exciting destinations in Europe and South America with Jeni’s Global Yoga Trips. Group size is limited to 12-20 people.
Small group travel encourages deep and meaningful connections with fellow travelers and creates a safe, supportive and enjoyable extended-family atmosphere for each retreat. Solo women travelers, in particular, find a great deal of comfort in our more intimate groups and can relax knowing they will be well taken care of while traveling.
I search for locations that are less frequented by typical tourists so that my guests can enjoy a truly local experience. Daily yoga and meditation classes help guests stay grounded and to integrate the excitement of international travel. Of course, yoga also helps our bodies stay healthier and more comfortable while we are away from our beds and eating new foods. That said, all activities are optional, even yoga!
Retreat sites are chosen to support local businesses and guides to ensure a sustainable and respectful travel exchange. Our visit inspires our guests and enhances the community we are visiting. We make friends from strangers every place we go!
