6 Night Watercolor Retreat to Sacred Sites in New Mexico with Melissa Harris
Art & Spirit in New Mexico is an opportunity to explore your creativity with like-minded, adventurous women amidst the beauty of the American Southwest. The views in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains are spectacular. The flamboyant sunsets will captivate you.
This is an ideal mix of touring and painting, with an optional visit to hot springs. Highlights include a visit to Georgia O’Keefe’s Ghost Ranch, a Native American Pueblo, and the optional hot springs.
Learn or enhance watercolor technique by integrating meditation. No previous experience in art is required. A simple supply list will be provided. Don’t allow any fears of “I’m not an artist” or “I haven’t painted in years” to hold you back! From what I continue to hear is a trip of a lifetime from past participants.
We will be doing a bit of walking, not hiking, but you should have a good bit of mobility.
Our accommodation
Accommodations are at a serene 45-acre ranch that reflects the Southwest feeling. Meals will be provided by a local gourmet chef.
