The Women’s Travel Group explores Ireland and Scotland
This tour covers the best of Scotland and Ireland. We begin in Edinburgh and visit St. Andrews, Scone Palace, Trossachs, Loch Lomond. We travel to the new art capital of Scotland: Glasgow, then on to Dublin. From Dublin, our tour wanders down to the monastery of Glendalough, across the island to Kilkenny, and the famous Dingle Peninsula. Along the way, we enjoy guided tours of many castles, gardens, towns and wildlife of Ireland. As on many WTG tours, we include speakers to open up the destination is a more personal way. The tour includes 4-star or higher hotels, two meals daily, all entrance fees and is escorted. There are few extras in WTG tours and the pace is always fair to give guests time to enjoy the many sites. We arrange airfare and the connecting flight between Glasgow and Dublin.
