Enjoying the historic views of Parma, where the ancient stones of Castello di Torrechiara whispered tales of centuries past. As we roam the hills of Emilia Romagna, we learn about the vineyards and specific wines from the region, with a visit to a cantina followed by a wine tasting.

In the heart of Parma, we witness the birth of Parmigiano Reggiano, each stage of production a testament to centuries of craftsmanship. Leaving Parma behind, we venture towards Bologna, where the air is steeped in the aroma of aged balsamic vinegar. In the vibrant streets of Bologna, we immerse ourselves in its culinary excellence, learning the art of crafting fresh pasta.

Our journey culminates in the Lamone River Valley, where Brisghella welcomes us with open arms, its ancient architecture and delectable cuisine a testament to centuries of tradition.
