A musk ox grazes a field in Alaska - Northern Lights Photography - Women in Wildlife Photography

Capture the Wild with Women in Wildlife Photography

Come to the remote region of Nome, Alaska to photograph the pre-historic and majestic Musk Ox!  Autumn in Nome becomes a vast tundra, blanketed in hues of reds, oranges and golds, a stunning backdrop to photograph these stately creatures.

With the help of local guides, there will also be the opportunity to see and photograph other wildlife that reside in Nome such as; grizzly bear, wolverine, wolf, reindeer, fox and many species of birds.  When conditions are prime, we will also spend some time photographing the Northern Lights.

Located on the Southern Seward Peninsula on the Bering Sea, Nome is the perfect destination to experience stillness and isolation.  Completely unplug and immerse yourself in your craft with fellow women photographers.  Your accommodations are rustic and comfortable cabins where everyone will have their own bedroom.

All levels are welcome but everyone must know how to change the settings on their camera.
